Return Policy
We want you to love your Bolt Hawaii experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
No refunds, only store credit or exhanges.
All sale items are final sale.
Shipping costs for all returns must be paid by the customer.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

US Domestic Shipping
Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Orders ship within 1–3 business days via USPS.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
Bolt Hawaiʻi is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that show as “delivered” by USPS tracking.
Returns & Exchanges Shipping
All shipping fees for returns or exchanges must be covered by the customer.
